succinct but full of content

master choa, in his own unique style, gives us an understanding of esoteric concepts like the three permanent seeds so succinctly and yet with so much understanding that we really get it. I also love chapter 18 where he talks about the virtues that we can use to guide us in our daily lives. thus, though he talks about higher teachings, he provides us a structured way to live them. that is the beauty of his teachings.

An excellent book to understand anatomy of the soul. Will help break some beliefs and make you think about life in a very different and beautiful way. I have been practicing arhatic yoga for 5 years now and the practice and the teachings many from this book have been immensely helpful. Read it and try practicing for a month - simple meditation like twin hearts with feel in salt water bowl has a rejuvinating effect on mind, body and soul
