Disappointed in my calorie counter book.

Everything is measured by ounces. It would be much more useful if by the cup or cup portions. I have a scale, but it's easier to measure vegetables or cheeses by cup or tablespoon etc. then to have to put it on the scale. I don't eat out often and almost never at fast food restaurant, so I'm sorry to see half the book devoted to that when things I want to know the calorie content are missing from the book.

Calorie Counter

I bought this to assist in helping with special diets, I had started the Mayo clinic diet. This was very helpful for that and remains somewhat helpful, though this does not include sugar content which I now need due to prediabetes. I am now using a combination of assistance from the American Diabetes Association. It includes counts for most of what is needed. It does include carbs which is very helpful.

One star for receiving it. Way too small. Printed from another country, obviously...some of the wording is off...I need a magnifier to read it...way too much crap to read...not simple.
