This is a must for Lymphoedema Patients.I have scoured the Books and articles available, And this is hands down the most recent and complete up to date info I've found. I have already made gains in my ability to function normally, and it lifted my spirits to be able to join in on the Holiday fun pain free.

Found an answer for every question I had about Lymphoedema

The book is an invaluable resource if one wants to know more about lymphoedema (localized fluid retention and tissue swelling), its possible causes, types, risk factors for the development and ways to minimize the risk of lymphoedema. There are plenty of useful information on the effect of lymphoedema on the skin and dealing with skin problems. A lot of attention is given to treatments for lymphoedema as a combination of manual compression lymphatic massage, compression garments (types of garments) and bandaging. Also, I found plenty of information about exercises, lymph drainage massage and additional treatments used in the management of lymphoedema.
Additionally, I have to admit that there are plenty of real life case scenarios, great references and websites for further reading. The book is well written and organized. Thank you
